Hello URPP Participant!

Thank you signing up for Part II of the Texting with Caregivers study. You will receive a link to the survey by text message one month after completing Part I of the study.

This message will arrive once a month for 4 months after your initial visit in the study. The message will say something like "Hey! This is your first monthly survey for the Texting with Caregivers Study" or "Hello there! We're already onto Month 2 of the Texting with Caregivers Study!"

If you haven't received a link and it's been more than a month since your Part I visit, please reach out to the study team at CRAFT@camh.ca.
